Brief introduction

The flowmeter consists of electromagnetic flow converter, electromagnetic flow sensor and pressure sensor.
1. Electromagnetic flow sensor: the main function of the sensor is to change the flow signal into electrical signal. It is also composed of measuring tube, electrode, shell, etc.
2. Electromagnetic flow converter: the main function of the converter is to convert the electrical signal sent by the sensor into digital signal after internal processing, so as to realize flow measurement.
3. Pressure transmitter: the pressure measurement and display in the pipeline can realize the function of real-time viewing the pipeline pressure.
Battery powered electromagnetic flowmeter is a specially designed measuring instrument for the actual requirements of water supply enterprises. It can facilitate water supply and ensure accurate measurement and settlement of water trade.

Function

Battery powered electromagnetic flowmeter adopts sensor excitation system and lithium battery power supply system, and adopts 16 bit embedded ultra-fine power consumption processor, which has the following functions:
1. Full digital signal processing, stable measurement, high measurement accuracy and anti-interference;
2. Automatic two-way flow measurement, on-site instantaneous flow, positive and negative cumulative total display
3. Self diagnosis fault alarm
4. The battery powered converter has GPRS and CDMA wireless data transmission functions; It has the communication function of rs485modbus protocol (external power supply or battery power supply). In addition, it also has SRD base station wireless network communication system to realize data acquisition and management.
5. The battery powered converter is operated by stainless steel case and infrared remote controller, which can realize IP68 sealing protection design and can be used in wet occasions such as underground.
6. Itself has pressure tranmitter and could display data in electromagnetic flow transmitter screen, it can watch the measured pipeline pressure value in real time
